1. Our Core Identity & Vision
1.1 Name & Introduction:
Name: All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad (APKI).
Identity: Pakistan is an agricultural country with over 80% of its population directly or indirectly linked to agriculture. The social and economic life of Pakistan, in one way or another, reflects this agricultural background. Therefore, APKI is not merely an organization for cultivators but truly represents all social units and the entire population of Pakistan. We are proud to be the most representative party of Pakistan’s 220 million people.
1.2 Our Dream (Vision & Objectives):
APKI’s dream is a democratic and welfare Islamic state of Pakistan, founded on Islamic ideologies.
Our concepts regarding the homeland are based on fundamental Islamic principles, aiming to position Pakistan among the leading nations of the world as a welfare Islamic state in the future.
Pakistan should be recognized as a strong, impregnable, and developed ideological Islamic state that does not depend on anyone for the protection of its ideological and geographical borders.
2. Pillars of Governance & Justice
2.1 National Laws:
All laws of Pakistan and their interpretation should be precisely in accordance with Islamic ideologies, as outlined in the Objectives Resolution of 1949.
2.2 Social Justice:
In the view of All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad, the country’s constitution and all laws should be based on human equality and social justice.
3. Human Development & Services
3.1 Social Welfare:
The goal of All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad is to establish a social environment that includes public welfare facilities, social justice, equal opportunities for education and health for everyone, suitable employment for educated youth, accessible housing, and care for the elderly.
3.2 Education:
The fundamental principles of APKI’s educational policy will be equal educational opportunities, a broad curriculum, and modern technical education for both men and women, without discrimination.
Accessible educational opportunities for everyone in society are necessary.
The educational curriculum must be in harmony with the religion of Islam and our social values.
A beautiful blend of religious and worldly education will be the most important provision for our future generations.
High scientific education will prove to be the precursor to our full industrial development for putting the country on the path of progress.
3.3 Health:
In the view of All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad, a modern and rapidly responsive healthcare system should be established in Pakistan, where every citizen, without discrimination or distinction, has access to excellent medical facilities.
Existing hospitals will be modernized, and at the council level, instead of dispensaries, council hospitals will be established, utilizing all branches of medicine.
3.4 Youth Planning:
Young men and women should be guided and supported in their chosen fields of education to properly utilize this national asset for shaping the nation’s future.
It is the government’s responsibility to create employment opportunities for every young person after they acquire education and to guide them to their destination by identifying those opportunities. All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad will fulfill this responsibility in the best possible manner.
3.5 Women’s Rights:
Protecting women’s rights and creating opportunities for their education and employment are among the clear priorities of All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad.
3.6 Social Revival:
Today, every policy in our country suffers from a contradiction between words and deeds. Instead of adhering to the Ideology of Pakistan, national and religious ideologies have been sidelined, leading to ideological confusion in society.
In the view of All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad, the solution to this grave problem lies in returning to the Ideology of Pakistan and beautiful Islamic traditions.
3.7 National Events:
Due to a lack of understanding of the Ideology of Pakistan, our national celebrations also suffer from distortion, and the nation appears as a lost crowd.
APKI believes the best solution for the collective and individual social reform of the nation lies in Allama Iqbal’s guidance: “Lead the lost gazelles back to the sanctuary”.
3.8 Eradication of Social Evils:
Our beloved homeland has become a hub for many horrific social evils, including narcotics, gambling, alcoholism, extortion, and terrorism.
These evils can be eliminated through appropriate legislation and impartial enforcement of the law, which is among the major priorities of All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad.
4. Economic Transformation
4.1 Economic Policy:
All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad holds revolutionary ideas for Pakistan’s economic betterment. Our aim is to free Pakistan’s debt-ridden economic condition from interest and debt.
Our economic policy will be founded on honesty, frugality, hard work, and self-reliance.
4.2 Agricultural Economy:
Large-scale agricultural industrialization will be implemented across the country to increase the production of high-quality agricultural products tenfold.
These will include agricultural products that are equally popular domestically and internationally.
4.3 Industrial Economy:
All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad plans extensive industrialization in the country. Our resolve is to bring an agricultural and industrial revolution by utilizing the best capabilities and competence of the people of Pakistan.
4.4 Other Economic Resources:

Extensive projects will be established to meet the current energy deficit, producing various types of energy to move from the current energy crisis to a state of energy surplus.
5.4 Water Planning:
By utilizing all water resources through better planning, we can significantly increase water reserves, which can also lead to a necessary increase in electricity generation.
5.5 Natural Resources & Minerals:
The land of Pakistan has been endowed by Allah Almighty with invaluable treasures of natural resources and minerals, including various types of minerals, oil and gas reserves, as well as different types of stones and diamonds.
There is an urgent need to develop these blessings of nature through research and bring them into the service of the nation.
5.6 Environment:
Establishing a healthy and morally high social environment in the country is among the top priorities of All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad.
Our broad national program for the reform and development of social and geographical environments will include the country’s elite and the entire population.
5.7 Forestry and Tree Plantation:
Forest conservation and new tree plantation are fundamental for a beautiful, clean, green, and lush Pakistan. This sector is very close to the heart and mind of the farmer; therefore, All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad considers the purpose, research, and development of this sector among Pakistan’s foremost services.
6. Efficient State Institutions
6.1 Law and Order:
Law enforcement agencies, especially the police, will be reformed and developed on modern lines in such a way that their recruitment system, training system, investigation system, and surveillance can be presented as a model to the world.
6.2 Land Records:
Land records will be modernized with the help of computers so that all matters related to land, including buying and selling, become easier and faster.
6.3 Post Office Department:
Pakistan’s Post Office Department requires a major transformation and modern reform to align with the demands of the present era. All Pakistan Kisan Ittehad will undertake this work on a priority basis to truly make the Post Office Department a source of convenience for the general public.
6.4 Pakistan Railways:
Pakistan Railways is a very important means of communication for the country, which has become a burden on the national economy due to its decline. By modernizing it, it can be transformed into a national service and an important economic resource.
6.5 Pakistan International Airlines (PIA):
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has become a white elephant for the national treasury due to years of negligence. However, by providing it with honest management, not only will national prestige be raised, but national revenue will also be significantly increased.
6.6 Maritime Trade (National Shipping Corporation):
National Shipping Corporation Pakistan has historically been a source of honor and prestige for the country, but due to mismanagement, it is now bankrupt and has become an unpleasant burden on the country’s economy.
Despite having dozens of ships in its fleet, this department has lost most of its ships due to mismanagement today. We will significantly increase national revenue by modernizing this institution of Pakistan with good management and make it an institution of dignified service for the country.
6.7 Hajj and Umrah:
We will employ all facilities for the fulfillment of this sacred duty (Hajj and Umrah) so that participants in this worship can attain closeness to Allah peacefully and pray for national construction and development.
All issues related to accommodation, travel, and food faced by men and women going for Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia will be resolved promptly through honest arrangements.
7. National Security & Foreign Relations
7.1 Defense Policy:
The national defense policy needs a thorough review to align it with national defense requirements and national defense duties.
7.2 Armed Forces:
Our armed forces not only protect Pakistan’s geographical borders but also safeguard the ideological boundaries of the beloved homeland.
The reflection of the sacred duty of the armed forces should also be visible in their selection method, their training, as well as their social life and professional environment.
7.3 Defense Production:
Pakistan’s excellent defense production has given Pakistan a distinguished position among the world’s countries in the defense sector.
There is a crucial need to introduce our defense production with full attention and effort, especially in the Islamic world and generally in other countries. 7.6 Kashmir Policy:
Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan, and its protection should be part of our faith.
Pakistan’s cold and cowardly stance regarding Kashmir is neither befitting our national honor nor in any way beneficial for Pakistan’s future; rather, it is detrimental and harmful for the future of Pakistan and the Pakistani nation.
8. Sports Policy
8.1 Sports Policy:
The sports administrative machinery in our beloved homeland suffers from injustice and mismanagement, due to which the nation’s young sons and daughters, despite possessing excellent God-given abilities, are unable to bring glory to the country.
